Sofa Levitation
Maybe they are being taken up by this space ship
It’s so much fun when photos come together just in time for CEO’s Odd Ball Challenge #45. Makes even a grey, waiting for the rain Sunday, cheerful.

Love all the different colours of the sofas

Ok which color would you choose? I took the pic to consider which one I want. Happy Monday

I just love the bright red one.

It’s a color I could live with. I like the stripped one but it matches nothing 🙂

Take care sitting down in that first one, but that second one is just plain odd. Of the sofas, I like the red and the grey but a lot depends upon the rest of your furniture and room. 🙂

I have a green sofa now. Red might be a nice change. It’s a big decision because I have to live with it sooo long. Thanks for all the advice. I’ll be careful were I sit 😉

At least if you sit on the top two!

Hard to imagine why they saw fit to stack those sofas!!! But…great for you in your quest for oddballs. http://judydykstrabrown.com/2015/11/08/fortunate-photography-odd-ball-challenge-2015-week-45/

Hard to resist a wall of sofas for an oddball photo for sure. IKEA has a lot of strangeness. 😀

I love having an excuse to look for oddities in the world, don’t you? I am kind of addicted to the camera. Lately, four times people have asked what I do and I say I’m a writer and artist, and someone I don’t even know chimes in with, “Aren’t you a photographer, too?” It is always a shock, because I don’t think of myself as a photographer. I just like to take pictures and Cee keeps providing me with prompts to do so! It seems as though a photographer would have be clearer about what he/she is doing.I’m afraid if I called myself one, I’d have to start paying attention to what I’m doing instead of just having fun!

I really enjoy Cee’s Challenges too. Check out Lens and Pens, my post with the heart above, who gives smart phone lessons.
You are ahead of the curve in photography, I teach a smart phone photo class and I have hard time getting them going out and taking photos of whatever strikes their fancy,. Whether or not your a photographer it doesn’t matter as long as you enjoy doing it that’s what counts. Don’t you think?

Absolutely. Some people say taking pictures takes away from the experience but I think it makes you look closer. Same with writing.

Yes! My breath slows just like meditating when I’m taking pictures.

Odd, indeed. Looks like a couch Napoleon, a sofa strudel, a davenport dacoise!

All those photos stacked up is hilarious. I’m thinking that they must not be heavy like some the old sofas used to be.
In keeping with some of the conversation in these replies, I think responding to these photo challenges causes me to see the world so differently than I did in the past. It is so fun!
