Color Your World Vivid Tangerine

I found photographing anything that is orange is tricky. The least tip of the camera changes the color dramatically from washed out cream to blazing sunset tangerine orange. I doesn’t help that the actual Crayola color doesn’t seem to match the chip today so I scribbled the crayon called Vivid Tangerine on a scrap of paper to see it for myself.  Turns out the poem scrap has an opinion of its own about color or should I say light.

The color chip!? I know there is a lot of wonder and mystery around blue I’m beginning to think shades of orange must have some power too. It is the opposite of blue. Wait Buddhist monks wear saffron robes, a shade of orange!
